Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Convoship ("we", "us") provides a conversational AI studio for designing, testing, and deploying bots. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, studio application, and APIs.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, workspace membership), conversation and agent configuration data you create in the studio, usage and analytics needed to operate the service, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, request metadata) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide and improve the product, authenticate users, run extraction and runtime services, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, email, LLM APIs, observability) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Your workspace may configure integrations (e.g. channels, HTTP tools) that send data to systems you control.

Retention and security

Data is retained according to your workspace settings and our operational needs. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, workspace isolation, and audit logging. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law allows.
