Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These terms govern access to Convoship's website, studio, APIs, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service

Convoship provides tools to import conversation designs, build and test agents, and deploy them via embed and channels. Features and availability may change; enterprise agreements may include additional terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your workspace. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the platform in ways that harm others or violate applicable law.

Your content

You retain rights to flows, agents, and data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. LLM-generated outputs and imported flows should be reviewed before production use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Convoship is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if none.
