Agent settings live at the bottom of the left rail (Settings icon). They apply to this agent only — not the whole workspace.
General
- Name and description — shown in the agents list and agent header.
- Default locale — e.g. en-US for prompt language defaults.
Conversation timeouts
- No-input timeout — seconds of silence before the no-input event fires (0 = disabled).
- Session timeout — max idle time before the session ends (default 1800s).
Events vs settings
Welcome, fallback, and no-input prompts are configured under Build → Events. Settings controls timeouts and whether no-input is enabled at the agent level.
Retention & spend caps
Retention policy days control how long session history is kept. Monthly LLM spend cap limits enrichment and LLM matcher usage for this agent.
Delete agent
Permanently removes the agent, its intents, versions, and deployments. This cannot be undone.
