There is no self-serve Free or Pro checkout. Workspaces are created with plan=enterprise. Contract changes and add-ons are handled by your account team (sales@convoship.org).
- Marketing demo and contact-sales forms POST to /v1/leads.
- SALES_INBOX receives demo/sales notifications; CONTACT_INBOX (default fayaz@convoship.org) receives footer contact form submissions.
- Submitter gets an acknowledgment email for all lead intents.
- POST /v1/support/error-report emails SUPPORT_INBOX with reference ID and stack trace.
- EMAIL_PROVIDER=console logs locally; use resend or smtp in production.
- Usage events are recorded for analytics only — not for hard limits.
